Supertronics ensures your electronics reach you quickly and safely. Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on your location in Kenya.
Delivery charges vary by location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns for defective or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to initiate a refund.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
